{"id":111,"date":"2024-12-23T08:14:29","date_gmt":"2024-12-23T08:14:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/romantic-hopper.213-158-90-86.plesk.page\/?p=111"},"modified":"2024-12-23T08:53:55","modified_gmt":"2024-12-23T08:53:55","slug":"argonet-sinap-workshop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/romantic-hopper.213-158-90-86.plesk.page\/index.php\/2024\/12\/23\/argonet-sinap-workshop\/","title":{"rendered":"ARGONET &#038; SINAP@  workshop"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>The Consortium of the <a aria-label=\"SINAPS@ (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.institut-seism.fr\/en\/projects\/sinaps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SINAPS@<\/a> project and the <a aria-label=\"Institute of Engineering Seismology &amp; Earthquake Engineering (ITSAK-EPPO) (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"http:\/\/www.itsak.gr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Institute of Engineering Seismology &amp; Earthquake Engineering (ITSAK-EPPO)<\/a>, organized a Workshop in the TEI premises of Argostoli (25 -26 Sept. 2018), in order to present the main achievements of\u00a0the project during the period Oct. 2015- Sep. 2018.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The ARGONET special accelerometric array in Koutavos park (Argostoli) and similar infrastructures in Greece were presented,\u00a0and the goals of HELPOS project were highlighted.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Scientific results of European projects based on the ARGONET data and metadata, pertaining seismic hazard assessment\u00a0and risk reduction were discussed.\u00a0 Resolution for the future steps of the important infrastructure installed in Koutavos\u00a0was deduced, after a round table discussion by all participants.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><em>The workshop was coordinated by <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Dr. Nikos Theodoulidis (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"http:\/\/www.itsak.gr\/en\/people\/people\/cv\/6\" target=\"_blank\">Dr. Nikos Theodoulidis<\/a> (Research Director at ITSAK-EPPO) and <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Dr. Fabrice Hollender (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.isterre.fr\/auteur\/fabrice-hollender.html\" target=\"_blank\">Dr. Fabrice Hollender<\/a><\/em> (Researcher CEA, France).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In the following you can see the workshop <a aria-label=\"schedule (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/argonet-kefalonia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/SINAPS@-ARGONET_Workshop_Agenda.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">schedule<\/a>.
